Refund & Return Policy — Autumn Road

All Autumn Road products are printed to order through our local print partner and prepared specifically for each customer. Because each order is uniquely produced, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before production begins. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
